  • Standard Delivery (Australia): 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery (Australia): 1–3 business days.

  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days (standard delivery only).

  • Delivery times may vary due to postal delays or high-volume periods.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

6. Delays or Lost Parcels

 

  • DIBBZ is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or international carriers.
