Returns and refunds policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unsealed, and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Request a Return

 

  • Contact us at support@dibbz.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

 

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

 

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

 

  • For hygiene reasons, some personal-use items (e.g. worn or opened safety products) cannot be returned.

  • Clearance or sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
