Returns and refunds policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unsealed, and in original condition.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@dibbz.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, some personal-use items (e.g. worn or opened safety products) cannot be returned.
Clearance or sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
