1. Processing Time Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. (This perfectly aligns with your new eBay store handling time).

 

2. Shipping Rates

  • Australia: Free standard shipping for orders over $59.

  • New Zealand: Free standard shipping for orders over $99.

  • Flat-rate and express shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery location.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (Australia): 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery (Australia): 1–3 business days.

  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days (standard delivery only).

  • Delivery times may vary due to postal network volumes or seasonal peaks.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an automated tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate on the carrier’s website.

 

5. Packaging All products are carefully inspected and packed by hand to ensure your safety compliance gear arrives in pristine condition. Eco-friendly or minimal packaging is used where possible.

 

6. Transit Guarantees & Lost Parcels We take full responsibility for ensuring your goods arrive safely. While we are not liable for standard transit delays caused directly by Australia Post networks, if your parcel is officially deemed lost in transit, DIBBZ will cover the loss. Contact us at support@dibbz.com.au so we can initiate a formal investigation with the carrier and arrange a swift replacement or full refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

 

7. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. DIBBZ cannot be held liable for parcels that are misdelivered or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer.
